Thank you so much that was very helpful to Understand balanced scorecard. I have presentation soon and I m suppose to do financial part. I suppose to talk about cash flow, ROI, AND sales. I calculate the last 3 year of the company to compare the growth of each period, But I am not sure to find how or what the company's goal, objective, and targets should be. Can you please explain to me how can I present the financial part effectively ASAP. Thanks a lot

+MultiSnow11 It's really up to the company to determine what is appropriate here. No one answer...completely depends on the company. Do they want revenues to grow by 5%, or revenues to grow by 50%? Depends on the company.... In practice most long established companies will examine long term trends to set targets - not sure if that's good or bad, but I suspect that's how most companies do it.
