만일 다이어트 중이라면 식사 전 당근, 토마토 같은 채소를 먹고 식사를 하면 탄수화물이나 당 섭취량을 줄일 수 있고 배변활동도 화발해져서 힘든 운동이 아니더라도 자연스레 다이어트가 잘 됩니다. 중간중간 공복시 간식으로는 아몬드나, 호두, 견과류를 조금씩 섭취해 주면 좋아요. 한 달 안에 엄청난 효과를 볼 수 있어요.

몸이 정말 날씬해졌네요 부러워요 저도 다이어트 중인데 맛있는 음식 참기 힘들고 운동도 힘들어서 중간 중간 포기하기 하다보니 다이어트 시작한지 6개월 되어도 몸무게 변화가 1도 없어요ㅎㅎ😅

You got to make it then an even slower process to change your eating habits. I'm a binge eater but can get my butt in the gym 2 to 3 times a week and do some extra cardio during the weekend. But I have been struggling to eat right. So I went back to fasting since it helps me to be more disciplined. It's so hard, I want a burger and candy all the time.😂

Korean food is the BEST! It’s A LOT healthier from experience….less carbs & sugar….opposite of the US. Those things are there, but I remember the sandwiches were wrapped in lettuce.. not bread. 😅
