Very crisp and easy to understand and btw, there is a mistake in secondary force maximum value angles. It is not 360 degrees. It should be 270 degrees.

Q1. In your second part you are balancing the force which is coming from imaginary mass, which is attached to the end of the crank. Q2. In this vedio , You have mentioned the inertia force as primary & secondary. But again in the second part vedio you are not balancing this primary inertial force. Simply you introduce imaginary mass unbalanced force ? How you balancing inertia unbalanced force.

Sir please sol this question A single cylinder oil engine has crank 18.75cm long and connecting rod 82.5cm long. Revolving parts are equivalent to 550N at crank radius,weight of piston and gudgeon pins is 450N. weight of connecting rod is 575N and centre of mass is at 26.25cm from crank pin centre. Revolving balance weights are to kept on extension of crank at 21.25cm to balance revolving parts and half of reciprocating parts. Find B.

Why reciprocating mass cannot be balanced completely?

If we completely balance the reciprocating masses, the sine component becomes the unbalanced Force in vertical direction. So to avoid such situations, we only balance some portion of reciprocating mass, and this is called partial balancing of reciprocating masses.
