I’m 25 with severe pain from endometriosis. Nobody in my life believes my pain and laughs at my alcohol and caffeine free life. They don’t invite me to dinner because i have celiac and eat clean and gluten free. they won’t come have dinner at my apartment with me. they make fun of my glass and silicone preference as opposed to plastics and call it “unhealthy fear.” i’m in bed by 9:30 and told im no fun. but i’m trying desperately to create a life for myself where im not in excruciating pain everyday.

Keep doing what’s best for you. I’m not celiac but I eat gluten free foods and lost weight with it. So there are benefits to eat gluten-free. I’m in Texas if you need a guest. 😊 I don’t drink alcohol or caffeine either.

You gotta do whats best for you. When I was 25 I went vegetarian and people about lost their minds. I got picked on so much and laughed at. I did it after I got diagnosed witj breast cancer. There is a product called DIM that blocks excess estrogen for those who need it. I don't as a woman past menopause but many women do because of all the xenoestrogens in our food and environment. I don't recall if Barbara mentioned that in the video.

I am so happy I found Barbara, not only is she a phenomenal human being, but she is an absolutely amazing teacher. This should be mainstream knowledge, so that every biological female has access to it. The more we understand our bodies, the better we can take care of it. I studied pharmacology and am no stranger to how big pharma operates, we need to take back the power and demand better because we deserve the best medical care as a basic human right. Share this video with as many women as you can to spread awareness ❤

Please tell me you are joking. She got banned from teaching after the New South Wales Healthcare Complains Commission investigation found that she lacked any medical qualification and was giving away dangerous tips. She got banned because everyone takes advice from doctors who always use big pharma who don’t treat and go to root cause and always prescribe prescriptions instead of going back to nature back to homeopathy where it really is. Not all people needs drugs to heal.

Thank you for the answers that loads of research has not yielded. I am in tears at the simplicity of such human knowledge that we’ve been distanced from. I hear time and time again that women want to feel empowered; the problem is that we are being disempowered at the very root of existence by miseducation (or lack thereof) concerning our health. All the while, we’re instead reaching for things that we think will lend a fulfilling sense of empowerment. I am so grateful that you’re reigniting our connection to ourselves, ultimately nature as a whole. Much love to all who are here as well. Heal and be healed ❤

Dear Barbara, just want to say thank you. I had severe post partum depression after our son was born in 2021. At 37 weeks I developed a liver condition which required an induction. The whole time I thought is was my fault, I did something which caused it. Recovery after his birth (he was born naturally) was also slow. It took almost 3 months. This video has taught me so much about the cause of my liver issues, post partum depression and why the recovery took so long. Thank you for taking the time to educate us on these subjects. May the Lord continue to bless you and your ministry abundantly. Marili from South Africa.

And with the words "I just hate my husband for a week every month" i have #1 figured out that I'm not alone. #2 just realized that it is in fact progesterone that my body has out of balance. And why wouldn't it be!! Started menses at age of 10. Excruciating cramps. At the age of 14 i got on the pill. At the age of 18 i had a genetic test done that determined i have mthfr so i was unable to use estrogen birth control so they switched to progesterone. At 25 i quit taking birth control. And at 30 and 33 I had kids. Barbara you are just an amazing teacher and healer. Your knowledge is sooooooo appreciated. There's so many that need this valuable information. I don't know this lady but I absolutely adore her! I'm pretty sure I've had endometriosis since I was 10. Horrendous periods-clots-10 days early, 10 days late. They ignored my complaints all throughout life until I became pregnant and they noticed huge cysts on my ovaries (endometriomas). I grew up eating tv dinners, sugar, chips fast food, etc. I can't thank her enough for all this advice. I refuse to think this is not manageable. I will defeat the big corporate beasts who in my opinion are making everyone sick and I refuse to let my children live through health issues young.

I can't thank you enough. My periods were so long and so bad that I once contemplated going to urgent care for them to look at me. I was looking at each upcoming period with fear and dread. I had switched to incontinence pads since regular pads could no longer hold the blood I was losing and my period was approaching two weeks. One cycle with Anna's cream and I had a normal cycle. Now mine is short, 3-4 days, and light. It's better than it was in high school. I appreciate you so much for what you do. Please keep it up, Barbara!

Do you get seaweed in your diet. Seawwed helped my overactive throid even though they say it doesnt it helped mine. I needed it obviously. My brain cleared like energy of a cup of coffee or something within hours it was like a fog lifting had adrenaline fatigue and exhuastion and was getting adrenaline rushes as well that and salt helped. I think the celtic salt has a little iodine in it anyway.

Buy kelp flakes and add it to your salt. A pinch has INSANE amounts of iodine. I dislike sea food I cannot eat it, started buying kelp sea salt (if not available kelp flakes and add it to sea salt.) helped my hormonal imbalance and shifting to organic farmers market for all vegetables. All problems solved!

Hi good morning I have thyroid issues and I had mine remove but I gained so much weight its like my body is someone else and so stiff am 35 yrs it’s seems like am 85 I try everything and nothing works ,do u guys feel the same way ?
@LaoiseAnne
@LaoiseAnne 10 ай бұрын
@@shelenedinnald3090 if you are stiff, I recommend somatic yoga/movement. And restorative yoga may help you also.... .....the somatics ensures your muscles are on and functioning (the brain can get in the habit of by-passing them through injury and stress and emotional responses), and through reprogramming the brain/muscle pathways the energy moves more freely in the body and restorative yoga is like chicken soup for body systems (adrenal, reproductive digestive etc). Somatics takes some time and can feel awkward or like you are not doing it right but that is because of sensory motor amnesia and when you have the brain/muscle connections again, it won't feel so awkward and the awkwardness is sooooo worth it. I recommend the channel "Learn somatics" and meghan mc carthy has great restorative yoga/somatics. Hope it helps! .

Barbara, you are annointed to teach. I have been listening to you for some years now. I have relistened to your recordings over and over again. As a humanitarian worker in a a place which is far from normal I have learned to do what is necessary and discovered that there is very little I need from a supermarket. I have acquired so much knowledge. When I come to Australia one time I will have to come to one of your retreats.

New sub here. I just had to join this channel after getting all this pertinent information. I read about many of these same things years ago (I ran across this information when completing medical studies for my sleep medicine program. This information was not needed for that program, but I decided to do my own deep diving research and that's how I found it). So, this news from Ms. O'Neill is like the icing on the cake (the confirmation) of what I read back then. The only one I did not know about was about the material in the bras to watch out for. Thank you so much for helping us women and men on what we need to be more self conscious of how to properly balance our hormones to better eliminate the risk of cancer.

After the birth of my first child I had postpartum depression. I specifically told my primary doctor that I felt depleted and out of balance. I was sent to a psychiatrist and put on psych meds that made me feel like a zombie. Why do doctors do such things when they are supposed to first "do no harm"? Why does main stream medicine make it so hard on doctors who practice naturopathic and holistic methods? Why do they always treat symptoms instead of finding causes? This information Barbara has shared should be common knowledge and taught in health or biology class in school. Not the feelings are facts nonsense being pushed now.
