You made such a wholesome video! It wasn't just about the amount of steps you took, it was how, why and who you spent those steps with. God bless you, your friends and family, and keep walking with and for those yoy love! Great video.

This was very entertaining and encouraging! Just did my first long day trip in Vivos, and at the end of the day my feet definitely were tried, but I had zero problems with my knees (which used to be a big problem in regular mushy sneakers) and the next day my feet felt fine. You're absolutely exercising your feet in minimal shoes - but that's definitely a pro in my opinion!

75k steps in a day - Wow! That’s a huge accomplishment. The satisfying back crack at the end was the best 😆 If I wanted to try to ease into trying those shoes, what steps would you recommend?

Nice work! I transitioned to barefoot shoes two years ago, it really is the best

I just started transitioning to barefoot shoes. I use them pretty much 100% of the time on concrete, asphalt and linoleum floor and my heels have been painful after only a few minutes of walking. I try to land my heel as soft as possible and shorten my stride and up my cadence but still it seems like my heels are so easily hurt. Im glad to hear you say that (even though after a few years) it can be done to walk on concrete barefoot (not using a forefoot strike) without heel pain. Guess I’ll have to be very patient 😅

Land on the front of your feet not on your heal when walking and running. It will strengthen your feet massively and it took me 6 months to break this bad habit. I walk bear feet in the house as much as I can too

Hi Laura ! How's your neck pain ? Are you cured ?
@BalancingLaura2 жыл бұрын
Hi Mariya! While I don't think my neck will ever technically be cured (because of those past injuries), it's been feeling REALLY good lately! Working on my posture and getting adjustments from my chiropractor has helped a ton and I'd say most days I'm not in pain!
