Balayage using Ruskin10 process in just 10mins!!

I am using Rusk hair color I am using. 6R plus boost and 1:1 30vol. Making sure that I am keeping the same technique and application that I would for a traditional balayage when I am using lighter. The biggest pro is that your Culler only has to process for 10 minutes and you will have gorgeous, vibrant results. That will be a low maintenance color.
