As someone who has a completely different hair type, I find these videos fascinating to watch! I've grown so accustomed to treating my hair as a chore, every so often I go to the salon to get the split ends chopped off and that's it. It's low maintenance, but I really don't pay attention to it at all. These videos give me a new perspective. Your haircuts are absolute works of art! You guys treat getting a haircut as an experience and an act of self-care that honors your hair, instead of viewing it as a chore.

Funny story.. about 10 yrs ago my son came to me and said he wanted a fade. I thought NO OROBLEM. Sit down son. I did what I thought was a nice job... At night in my kitchen with terrible light. Next day in the sun, we were about to go out somewhere and I took one look at his head and about died laughing. I said GET BACK IN THE HOUSE. You ain't going NOWHERE LOOKING LIKE THAT! Momma had to LEARN a good fade REAL QUICK. That's the day I realized a fade is WAY more delicate than I had I thought. I'm pretty good today. And with videos like yours, I'm BOUND TO BE AMAZING! THANK YOU!!!

Lol makes me think of when my mother was cutting my hair and my grandmother came down stairs and cut a chunk out. Then my mother came back down stairs and thought she did it. My grandmother didn't say a thing for a good hour. Then she admitted it was her...My Grandpa was so hot at my grandmother 😂😂😂😂.

Just came across your page brother. Great Video - that fade worked perfectly to strengthen his line and great job keeping it natural. These blend steps are not for beginners - you made it look easy but that takes some skill- lol. Great detail work too.

I have an old Oster model 254 series A 3 amp, had them for.....since the 80's. Dropped them for the first time, knocked out 3 teeth top and bottom blade! Gotta get some blades! I call it "Mighty Mow" it has taken down Jerry curls, Afroes, tight Naps, with ease. And I have cut my own hair, since my last 79 Fro with the fist pick in it. Hope they still make them 🙏

Born and raised in NYC.. so there was a time most black and Hispanic men rocked the the bald fade and the top cut real low. Nowadays, too many men with long hair! Ain't nothing like seeing a man with a nice, low clean cut. I like my men to look like men not bitches!
