What I do is I purchase thin-crust Pizza garlic breads topped with just garlic butter and herbs, I heat it in the oven for 10 minutes, then spread Italian Pizza tomato sauce, add diced Bell Peppers and Jalapeños before topping it off with chilli cheese and continue baking for another 10 minutes, before eating I sprinkle some ground black pepper on the Pizza. However the most delicious Pizzas I have ever eaten are those made by Dominoes; and the ready to eat hot ones sold in Sainsbury's. I will try this Pepperami version too.

I love putting Peperami sticks on shop brought pizza's just to give it some extra flavour and it does a good job. Seeing the ingredients, seeing it once it was cooked with what looked like a decent base and above all your reaction, I'm definitely going to give this a go!

Packed in Italy for a Dublin company - but NO declaration of where it is actually made. £3.50 isn't too expensive, even if you wanted to add a few chilli slices or anchovy fillets. Useful recommendation cheers!

I like that the sauce has no sugar, although MSG I'm not excited about! Frozen pizza in the US is expensive, and they use sugar in the tomato sauce. I like a pizza with sausage, mushroom onion, peppers. We call it a Supreme pizza. I wonder if peperami would be considered pepperoni?

Tesco has the large 645g Chicago Town Tomato Stuffed Pepperoni Pizza for £3.49. It's very good and you should give it a try. You reviewed the sweet honey one before but I think this one is better.

It looked ok, but nowadays there are not enough options for a nice crispy deep filled Pizza , because although thin and crispy are nice , they are not substantial enough to fill you up. There’s a recipe on Y/T for a Pizza using only flour and yogurt . I might try it and make a stuffed crust too. Because we like black olives etc on our Pizzas !

As well the lanzaprazole, do try drinking milk with your meals. It certainly helps me. Enjoying food is one thing, but being punished for hours afterwards is really horrible. Reflux can be very dangerous and a member of my family died post operatively after a repair to her throat. That was in the USA, however, where post operative care can be truly shit. .
