The second new character is Mrs. Pomp, the new teacher for the game. Mrs. Pomp rarely pops up in a floor, making difficult to find. What she does is she tells you to go to her classroom in time or if you arrive late, there's a chance that she will get you.

What actually happens when you’re late, she will enter and throw some tamper tantrum in her classroom once you enter in it and try to exit. She will wait outside waiting for you to open the door to let her in. While she snaps off, you can’t move until she’s done. Oh, and it’s always a notebook room, so it’s inevitable unless you don’t want to win. Seriously though, seeing her like that is so funny. She turns completely black, runs at a lightning speed in her class and screams “WHYYYYYYYY WEREN’T YOU IN MY CLAAAAAAAAAASSSSSS!?” You should see it actually happening, it’s hilarious.

Alternate mod (not hilarious or anything twisted, just replaced / alternate characters) The only remaining original characters are Baldi and the Principal. The new characters, taking over from the old ones, use some of the mechanics and bases of the characters they replace. CamBoy: Uses PlayTime's old slot. He walks around with a camera, taking photos for the yearbook. He's the second tallest character, just under the Principal's height. He wears a brown collared sweatshirt, blue jeans, and big black-framed, lopsided rectangular glasses. He wanders around randomly, saying in a muffled, distorted voice "click click click! Everybody gets one!" If he sees you, he'll call out "PICTURE FOR YEARBOOK?" and chase you at PlayTime's chasing speed. Turning corners will not lose track of him like with PlayTime, but when rounding corners he's slow, and if you can gain enough distance from him by rounding a lot of corners in a short time, he'll leave you alone. It's difficult though, so using a BSoda is a better way to shove him off. Still, it's probably better to let him get to you so you can get him out of the way as soon as possible. When he catches up to you, he'll wait until you're facing him, then snap a photo of you and disappear for the rest of the game. He's really just a minor obstacle if you can get him out of the way early on; his camera flash is so bright, it blinds the Player for five seconds (the screen will be white for five seconds, then slowly fade back to normal in another five). You can avoid him even when he's right on top of you by facing the opposite way, but he moves too fast by then to escape from, and it's not good to let him tail you for too long; you might forget he's there. The space bar will also trigger an instant flash if he's behind you. There's no way to use a BSoda on him once he's tailing right behind you; the moment you look at him, it's flash and dash. (Office poster: The most enthusiastic member of the yearbook staff, he vows to get one photo of every student before the year's up!) Mascot: The Principal's own black cat roams the halls after hours, and he's also the school's mascot. It takes the place of Gotta Sweep's character slot, but heavily edited to the point that it's unrecognizable (except that his top running speed matches Gotta Sweep's). Generally, you can choose whether the Mascot impacts your game; he simply travels randomly with no more than a meow every fifteen seconds. To activate him, enter the School Faculty Only room with the alarm clock -- that item has been removed and replaced with the Dash-in-a-Dash (canned cat food brand). The poster behind the canned food says "Dash-in-a-Dash is guaranteed to give your cat a tremendous energy boost, if he needs it!" The Mascot is intended to appear misleading, as a docile creature that can become an enemy if you take the wrong steps. But the truth is to the contrary -- the food, if fed to the Mascot, will make him happy and cause him to follow you all around the school, meowing every few seconds and playing a friendly jingle. When the song ends (it's about two and a half minutes long), the food will wear off and the Mascot will return to his neutral state. While he's in the energized state, if Baldi gets too close to the Player and Mascot, the Mascot will turn vicious (the music changes to a fast-paced danger theme) and ferociously chase Baldi down the current hallway and away from the Player, rounding a corner before becoming neutral again. During this time, physically the Mascot also acts like BSoda; he'll push any character he comes into contact with. The Mascot's only disadvantage is that, since he keeps meowing while following you, you can't lose track of Baldi. No matter how slow he is and how far away from him you get, he'll always know where you are and keep directly following you, even though the Mascot is the one making the noise. This can cause the Mascot's trigger to activate early if Baldi catches up to you, which is why it's best to feed him late game and then travel on a direct path to the last notebook(s), keeping as far away from Baldi as you can, focusing on speed rather than stealth. (Office poster: The Principal's own cat is also the school's lucky mascot! Generally friendly, but don't feed him anything with energy in it or he'll go on a rampage!) (Again, meant to mislead the Player into thinking the Mascot is dangerous to them. The poster also makes some people think the Energy Flavored Zesty Bar is dangerous to have / use near the Mascot.) Anti-Friction: 1st Prize's slot is taken by an advanced device: a giant floor-waxing machine that travels across the halls. Most of the time it's inactive, simply roaming around, but if you hear it nearby say "it's time for to make it shine" or "squeak squeak squeak" in its robotic voice, it's waxing the floor. It will also start waxing automatically if you run while too close to it. It moves faster while waxing, but turns as slowly as 1st Prize, so entering a perpendicular hallway will usually keep the Player out of its path until it deactivates again. Waxed floors last for fifteen seconds and have a bluish tinge to them. Walking along these floors isn't so bad, a little slippery, but running along them will be quite dangerous, as stopping and changing direction takes time. Nobody is affected by the wax except the Player, so Baldi can easily take advantage of the Player's loss of balance if he's too close. The waxing machine cannot push the Player like 1st Prize, however. (Office poster: The automatic floor waxing machine keeps the floors of here school shiny and smooth! Remember to step lightly!) Security: The school has a security officer who patrols after hours. He's a beefy man the same height as It's A Bully, who wears a blue officer uniform with black shoes, and has a silver whistle hanging around his neck. He takes the slot of It's A Bully, so he generally stands still and occasionally teleports from place to place. He doesn't block hallways; rather, he stands in the way of School Faculty Only rooms, and if you try to get around him and into the room, he'll suspiciously say "where do you think you're going?" or "empty those pockets, thief" or "trying to steal from the teacher's lounge, are we?" after which he'll snatch all of your items and blow his whistle. Since he has a wide area of effect, it's best to stay on the opposite side of the hall when passing him, or he'll automatically think you're trying to get around him and into the room he's guarding. His whistle will alert the Principal, no matter how far away he is, and once he arrives in your line of sight, he'll say his usual "no entering School Faculty Only rooms in the halls" and teleport you to detention. Security's main purpose even without activation is to make it more difficult to enter those rooms, which in turn affects the Player's ability to activate the Mascot at times. It takes him a full minute to spawn from the moment the Player gets the first wrong answer in a math notebook, so for added assurance it might be best to rush there first thing and grab the Dash-in-a-Dash before Security has a chance to possibly block the doorway (though if you're unlucky, he can appear there while you're inside the room and impede your exit). In that case, if you're determined to keep your items, it's better to let the Principal enter the room eventually on his own without getting Security's attention, so you go to detention without losing your stuff. Be careful when exiting a School Faculty Only room; if Security's outside the door, you won't see him until you open it, so it's best to open the door from a short distance away to avoid getting too close in case he's there to catch you by surprise. As an added hint, Security will only teleport to School Faculty Only rooms adjacent to his current station, so if you're wondering whether or not it's safe to enter a currently unguarded one without getting trapped, it's best to see where Security is first. If he's on one side of the school and you run to the other, he won't be around there for a while. He generally occupies one spot for four minutes, but will change spots early if he catches you (only after you appear in detention, to prevent you slipping by at the last second). If you enter one of the School Faculty Only rooms he's very close to, you'll be risking it! (Office poster: The security guard keeps an eye on the building after hours to make sure no one breaks in...he's authorized to use his deadly whistle if something suspicious occurs!) Mr. Wallace: A very large, mustachioed teacher with a gray suit and black tie. He stands inside the room containing the Music class notebook. When you encounter him, his subject is music. Whether or not you pass the music quiz, you will get the notebook (like with the math notebooks), but if you fail, he'll become furious and chase you out of the classroom at high speed with a funny shriek. If he catches you, he'll simply smack into you before vanishing, stunning you in place for a few seconds, and it takes a little while to fully recover; though the stun lasts five seconds only, you won't be able to run for a whole fifteen seconds, and your Stamina bar will remain frozen during that time as well. If you make it out of the room before he gets you, he'll reach the doorway and disappear. Mr. Wallace generally talks in a cheerful, wheezy voice, and greets you happily when you enter the room "just in time for a music review! Whenever you're ready, head over to your music book!" (Mr. Wallace is an easily confused man who doesn't realize the notebooks you're collecting aren't yours.) You'll enter a screen similar to the You Can Think Pad, but white and with Mr. Wallace's head at the bottom. As he speaks, the sides of his mustache flap up and down like a pair of wings, indicating his voice.

He says, "All right! Let's get ready! You remember the routine: keep pace with all the notes! As long as you stay with the rhythm, your performance should be satisfactory! Ready? Here we go!" Then, you play a simple DDR-style game where you must press the different WSAD keys as they move up from the bottom of the screen into their individual outlines at the top of the screen. The music that plays is an 8-bit rendition of Braham's Lullaby. If you pass the lesson, Mr. Wallace gives you an Energy Flavored Zesty Bar and says "what an outstanding lesson! You performed well! See you next music claaaaaaass!" His voice echoes as he disappears into thin air, and the Energy Flavored Zesty Bar will be left where he was standing. (Office poster: Our beloved Mr. Wallace teaches students about music and rhythm! He rewards perseverance and effort!) Although Mr. Wallace's poster is where Arts & Crafters' poster used to be, there is not yet a replacement character for Arts and Crafters.
