My brother is spot on about these types of cuts from brothers from Philly. I have noticed this for years from a personal observance from the outside looking in from California ever since I was a big fan of rapper Freeway and Beanie Sigel. Them brothers stay rocking beards too. Seems like a cultural thing in the city of Philly.
