It was Blake's easiest way to establish herself as "director" and "producer". Did she put in the work to find material, push it through greenlight, and then mount a production?? No, no, no. Blake and her husband Ryan took another production's project that was directed by a nice newcomer director, waited until more than 50% of budget was spent (no more chance to turn around) - and then SWOOPED IN, blackmailed everyone and stole the film. It even would have worked (just like Ryan Reynolds had done in "Deadpool"). But they could not leave it at that. Strange. Somebody (husband Ryan Reynolds? Jealousy???) had to kick up a fuss after victory. Suddenly, Baldoni was made to look like a pariah, a creep like Harvey Weinstein etc ... Blake and Ryan wanted to DESTROY him. Why?? After the accusations, Baldoni HAD to fight back.

There needs to be a law that makes those who gives false report of abuse allegations, or any type of allegations have heavy consequences. Too many are taking liberties to ruin innocent lives, thinking even if they lose, there's no criminal charge. It's hard to fight, but well worth it when there's hard proof.
