been golfing for 26 years. Your 10 min explanation was amazing, and something many decent golfers may do intrinsically when reading greens, but with the way you break it down into simple and easy to digest terms and concepts is outstanding!

For a lot of golfers "feel" is everything. I hear from a lot of my "skilled" golfer friends that you should "just feel" the line, "feel the speed" etc. I've even heard a few (past and present) PGA tour pros mention "feel" being way more important then "over-analyzing". For those people, I'm glad they can do that. For me though, I have to make order of a very chaotic universe. When I try to "just feel" things, I have countless variables that I'm trying to take into account. When I watch you (Bryson) golf and explain your methods, it is a true breathe of fresh air!!!!! Thanks for giving me (and others like me) a more computational way of seeing a very complex dynamic, like putting!

Another amazing video. So far I've picked up one length irons all with jumbo max grips, I've swapped to single swing plane, I've completely changed how I am driving the ball (went from about 190-200 on a good shot) now hitting 260 and up more consistently! (Also with the max grips, I actually am starting to feel its weird holding any club without them). I already feel I've learned an incredible amount from your KZbin videos and yet you keep uploading more, it's insane how much of an impression you have made on the game and myself. I am truly blown away by your skill and you as a person. Thank you for all you do and keep doing it.

Love how Bryson explains the geometry of putting on a planar surface. Would also like to see Bryson do a video on The Acceleration Theory by Yale physicist, Dr. Robert Grober. He delves into the concept of harmonic oscillators, comparing the motion of a golf club to a pendulum or mass on a spring, and explains how resonance can be used to in the golf swing. The Brede Equation is also SUPER useful when calculating slopes similar to Aimpoint.

Great video and great content. I’ve been waiting for some putting tip videos like this one. This clock drill looks to be very beneficial. Will there be a part in the next few episodes that shows more about how you use your tempo and distances? Also would it be possible for you to show how striking the dimple affected your putts. I remember you talking about it in one of your videos. Can’t wait to see you playing in more Tour Events, good to see you back in the Dell Match Play. Also, is there a specific way that you hold your putter to make it more stable? Ready to see you in that green jacket in a couple weeks!

Ten Reasons why I really want that new LA Golf putter: 1) You changed the way I approach golf entirely after I saw your Feherty episode on the Golf Channel. I watched it right when the pandemic started, and it changed my focus entirely to spend more time practicing. Example: Your concept of thinking about the putting process and focusing on the steps in the process, and how that prevents the brain from thinking about negative thoughts and worrying about what could go wrong, worked massively well. I was already a decent putter, and that helped me get even better. 2) Based on how well that worked, I adopted and now use a set pre-swing routine with all my shots. Same thing, more process equaled better results. 3) While I don’t have all-one-length irons, I did cut my 4 and 5 iron down to the same length as my “comfortable 6 iron” and had the lofts adjusted. They became way easier to swing, so again, one tweak that made a huge impact. 4) I put a 48 inch shaft on my driver to add more distance, and that worked to a point. 5) BUT it was when I swapped my driver head out from an 8.5 degree loft to a 7 degree loft that the combination of those two changes helped me pick up 30 yards. Huge distance increase. Thank you. But numbers 6 to 10 are ALL PUTTER RELATED. 6) Right when the pandemic started, I bought an arm lock putter just to try it out to see if I could transition to one. But no courses were open, so I also bought a 30 yard putting carpet remnant I could take to the public tennis courts to practice with on a flat surface. 7) I customized the putter, got it bent up to 78 degrees (SIK’s default lie angle) and added a Jumbomax jumboflat grip. The results were way more one putts and the best scores of my life last season. I went from a good putter to a great putter. 8) Based on the success I’ve had, I started looking to upgrade to a SIK arm lock putter for this season. 9) Early in the year, I read about your involvement with LA Golf and that they had bought SIK and would be incorporating new carbon LA Golf putter heads infused with SIK’s Descending Loft Technology and their amazing shafts. 10) As of right now, I can’t buy a new LA Golf arm lock putter, they’re not available yet and won't be for a while, only standard sizes are. And when they do come out, they will apparently be launching with a 72 degree lie - why not 78 degrees like the SIK default? So after watching this new video, first I WANT TO SAY THANKS - for all the ways you’ve helped me improve my golf game across my driver, irons, and putter. Second, I'm realizing that the only way I can get an LA Golf Arm Lock putter is from this giveaway. So I’m hoping you can reward a student of the Bryson approach to the game with the ULTIMATE PUTTER UPGRADE. Matt in Michigan (where we only get to golf 8 months a year)
