Gopher, when you go on breaks, you should consider using the perform action. Give us a bard song to listen to instead of background sounds. Also you can make a bit of money and it explains why the character just stands still for moments on end

Watching Gopher play through this for the first time has made me realize just how lucky I was that my first playthrough was with an established character and a very firm moral viewpoint. Cranky paladin of drunkenness went through all the choices in the game very easily. 🤣

1:19:45 Just thought i'd chime in and say Conjure Woodland Being is one of the most insane summon spells in the game. It summons a dryad that can cast free entangle and spike growth every turn. She provides an aura making allies immune to spike growth and also gives poison resist. She has good melee damage with Shillelagh. AND she can summon a Wood Woad that also entangles enemies every turn. Its a summon that summons a summon. Its crazy.

I would take Shadowheart or Karlach instead of Jaheira to wonder around these parts, nothing major but there might be some fun lines and interactions from them

the most important maneuver by far for a great weapon master like lae‘zel is precision attack! you would finally be able to use her + to damage at the cost of - to attack rolls and still hit something (hard) anyway. just saying :)

What did the momma cow say to her baby cows? It’s pasture bedtime. Two bulls are in a field staring at a new cow. One says to the other “I haven’t seen herbivore”. I never understood the term "cash cow." Sounds like utter non-cents to me.

I'm not watching this series, yet, but i just thought I'd take a shot in the dark. Anyone familiar with BG/Forgotten Realms lore know of what's considered the best intro/prep for newcomers to BG3? I played a little of the original an age ago, but aren't familiar with the universe at all. Just got BG3 the other day, but I won't be starting until checking out some basic build pointers, and lore intros. I'll be casting around anyway, obviously, but perhaps people in the community/communities know of an intro/prep that's well considered. There's just tons of coverage and content out there.

When you meet a trader it always is a good idea to get all the best items from them right away. Like you did here. The game has a lot of events that lead to traders disappearing. It seems you missed best hand crossbow in the game this way in Act 2.
