Enjoyable vid as always Liam trailers coming along nicely as for the flooring have you thought about metal mesh like what you see as security fencing around building sites we had a trailer with it on lasted for years and was cheap and easy to fix if you can get hold of some old security fences just cut the mesh out of the middle and weld it straight to the frame mate.

We've used 3 inch holes mesh for the floor on bale trailers all the loose straw falls through and you can still walk on it

U want u use inch wide weldmesh for the floor. Wood will rot. Metal will be to heavy and expensive.
