I love this post Jenna! Blended families are the new norm and I'm happy to be a part of that community. This salad is super fresh and i hope he enjoys it! I have a recipe for Masoor Dal Tadka that is FANTASTIC on here... its Pakistani but a delicious introduction to Southeast Asian cuisine!

This looks amazing! My mother has a similar recipe and I can just tell it is so good. I will definitely try this. As a side note, I know the star food was not the tofu, but you mind making a video of different kinds of ways to make tofu? Including the manner you made this tofu. I haven't worked so much with tofu and still feel a bit clueless as to how to use it and enrich it in recipes. Thanks in advance!!!

Hey Lucy! Thanks for the awesome comment! I will totally make more tofu videos. My one tip right off the bat is to look for the brand natures soy. It's pre pressed and solid so you don't have to drain or press it yourself. Im not into jiggly tofu. Nice and firm texture is best. I do have a video on how I make crispy hoisin tofu on my channel. Check it out! So easy and one of my favorite recipes to date.
