If you get a big flail mower like the ones they use in between the orchards in California, they do good in that to, I used to work at a hay farm in California

Since everyone has security cameras, have signs made in Spanish and English that say; "smile for the camera" and mount them around your shop and entrance to the yard.

@@BalesHayFarmandRanch beacuse the different thicknesses of pipe are added to the inside so the same threading dies can be used no matter the thickness..

Kind of new to this channel. I have a few questions. 1. what is your mixture of alfalfa to grass? 2. What does a small bale go for down there? 3. Is your market area local, state or national wide? 4. Do you mainly sell to dairy farms? Thank you.
@BalesHayFarmandRanch2 жыл бұрын
Hi. 1We have two types of mixes. Rye grass and alfalfa. Then Mother Nature mix. That mix is a little bit of whatever grows. 2. It depends on the quality. $10.00 to $18.00. 3. Local and across the country. Everything stays in US. 4 only horse people.

About 15 years ago, when I wss still baling my own hay, a thief stole 64 bales from me. The sheriff's office put a Dewalt GPS tracker in one of the bales hoping the thief would return. Of course no bales were stolen after that. That was a good thing and a bad thing. I really wanted to catch the thieves.
