Great. My latest T cribs order just came and I justified it because it was glow in the dark. I have 6 T kat enclosures, but obviously needed the glow in the dark one. Lol. Idk if I can justify another purchase considering my other one came in two days ago.

I don't know if it needs to be bigger. But would be crazy cool to see a really large communal enclosure with a few different groups and families. If it worked out it could even self repopulate if you could get different ages and batches.

If there is anyone in California who knows some reliable resources or is willing to set me up with a Balfouri communal. I have been inspired to start my own. The places I have found seem sketchy and the places to physically go close to me, haven't had enclosures or balfouri's.

I've done three balfouri communals from slings to adults... thought I lost half during the Texas ice age of 21 but actually haven't lost a single one yet. Knock on wood. So in my opinion I don't think it would have been from cannibalism. Probably bad genes... maybe some caught less food

What did you hate about tarantula cribs and why would you throw it away? Idk when you bought your T cribs but I guarantee that their acrylic is way thicker than the ones on Petko's website. But I could be biased. I have about 40 different types of T cribs and the newer ones are way better than their first ones, though, those are ok too.

Warning US residents. Tarantula Cribbs are garbage. More often than not the screws get over tightened on the hinges and come broken. Their customer service is as follows... Oh well maybe buy another one from us. Seeing as how we don't know you didn't over tighten the screws😢

Yes i buy the Kat Pack from tarentula cribs and i payed 90$ only for the shipping in switzerland ....and wenn i get it, in a few weeks due of the misting , the front door is bowed and no longer fits correctly... I am very disappointed... too many KZbinrs are making false advertising for this brand whose quality is mediocre..

I don’t understand how it’s false advertising when I keep all my spiders in tarantula cribs and have 0 warping issues even on the older models. How is it possible my enclosures are all holding up fine if this is a known issue? I would never push a product or brand I didn’t believe in or find good quality to my audience. Furthermore, the only model that has screws is Petko’s enclosures so I’m not even sure why the original commenter said they have over tightened screws. Not a single enclosure has screws except the new ones from petko and they haven’t even been released yet so that makes no sense..

Your gonna lose some usually no matter what you do. Just from being weak or whatever the reason. Balfouri are definitly communal. But of course some loss is gonna happen.
