Tap water is not drinkable in Indonesia/Bali. You can drink it after you boil it or just buy the 1.5 L mineral water bottle from mini market

yes you are right. boil it until 100 degree celcius for 15 minutes before you can consume it.

Traveling with friends is great, but it also restricts the possibility of actually making the trip happen in the first place. I gave up on it years ago, but am more than happy to bring friends with me if they are actually serious about coming along. Had too many trips cancelled from people flaking out in the past lol. Cool video btw.

always boil the water that you get from the tap ( tap water ). boil it until 100 degree celcius. then it is safe for drinking. do this for any tap water in indonesia. do not drink directly from the tap water.

If you've never driven a bike before, do not hire a bike in Bali. Bali is not your training ground. This is how locals get hurt - foreigners with no experience on their roads.

It’s better to shop at the stores, they have their prices set but it can be more expensive compared to the ones at the market. Is it easy to book a Grab around Uluwatu? Planning to stay there for a few nights so I am closer to the cliffs that I wanted to visit. My main concern is, it's not a busy area so I might have a problem hailing these motorcycle taxis.

Yes it’s super easy. That’s all I did and the prices are cheaper than hailing a cab!

Grab from Seminyak to Ubud is nowhere near $5. It's AT LEAST $10 or about 160k for scooter or upt 240k for car

@@rohittrivedi89 private driver or taxi from big hotel is probably safest, though not cheap. Negotiate in advance with itinerary. Keep in mind they will try to bring you to places where they can get commission. If you can make a list that might be helpful but really cost would be based on time plus some distance. A driver for half day might be 300k.

Bali, Indonesia is nice but the souvenir items sold there are overpriced. The price in convenient stores are reasonable but those products sold in stalls in park or near temples are overpriced. One will offer 27k rupiah while other will offer 2,700 rupiah of the same product. It means they are concealing scammers.
