You have to clean all the hay out before the tailgate is closed. That’s the problem after he dumped the partial bale.

No I have not. I probably would go up to the 604 instead of the 504 premium. I like the idea of making a true 4x5 or larger if needed versus always being at my maximum limit on the 504.

Sounds like you have a bad sprocket maybe chain.

I think it was just too wet. This economy baler doesn’t handle moisture well. Likes the dry stuff. We were baling at a 40% so way too wet.
