Thank you for sharing your technique on tissue culture of banana. So far so good. My only comment is you have sterilized everything except on the use of a beaker you used in the sterilization of the explant. If i understand it right, the beaker was not sterilized. The beaker was brought inside the laminar flow without even spraying the body of the beaker including the bottom. The tendency is you brought the contaminants inside the chamber. You also made a statement that it will take 9 months from inoculation and a monthly transfer or multiplication until we get the complete plantlets. In that case, how many plantlets you can have from one explant sa 9 months?
