Quick suggestion, you may want to explain how these growth hormones are involved in actual tissue culture development. What I mean is yes cytokinin is required for shoot development and auxin is beneficial for root development. However this is their endogenous function within a plant in its natural environment, but from my understanding they are involved in cellular division and elongation when it comes to tissue culture. I would love to hear your input on this..
