I really like this format of review / collection show case. I particularly liked the close up of their faces so we can see the face ups and eyes. I also liked how the narration was to the point. You seem so knowledgeable and experienced. Could you do a video show casing eyes?

My friend likes to paint them and I wanted to give her a gift but I wouldnt know where to start. i wouldnt want to buy her something that was chitt

That depends on your budget. If you wanted to get her a full doll, I'd recommend discussing it with her and making sure you got her one she really wants; these dolls are made-to-order, and can take 3 months to 2 years to manufacture (depending on the studio). It's a big purchase, so it's a gift worth discussing together. You'll also want to be sure the vendor you're buying from is offering an authentic doll, rather than a counterfeit copy of the doll (called a "recast"). If you wanted to get her a single head for her to practice painting techniques on, you can get a couple different "Practice Head" models for $20-$25 through Alice's Collections, which are ready-to-ship: www.acbjd.com/dolls-heads-in-stock-c-170.html If you're thinking about supplies for painting: High quality small bottles/tubes of acrylic paint colors or clear acrylic gloss. Pigment powders (chalk pastel, mica powders). Fine detail paint brushes. Spray sealant "Mr. Super Clear UV Cut Flat."
