Ball Mastery in the House - Day 2 of 8 - 'Hooks & Shoulder Drops'

With lockdown still in place for many, this series offers a great opportunity for your players to master their technique whilst away from the football pitch. It can be done in the garden, but it has been filmed indoors to show what you can do when playing outside is not an option.
