This is a Martin D 16gt (gloss top) it is the 50th anniversary edition. This particular model has been produced since the 1960s. No laminate all mahogany and spruce top. Don't seem to see many D 16s they are almost a d 18. Glad you like the sound and thanks for your comments.

Joseph, thank you once again. Yes, this is a song about events in my country. It has been a big deal. Lots of corruption and lies. I know it happens in other countries too. But it seems particularly open and rampant here in recent years. I appreciate you will not know so much about this. Hope you and your family are well.

I actually know some things ( about lies mostly), but as I said...not enough to comment here....but it seems that this guy's life is similar to his hair cup: nothing is plain and clear. Now I hope your country people do not give him any chance to 'come back'...people like him do not change.

@@ElizaPerks Good to hear. Yep subnormal a good word to describe it all. What passes for normal gets worse all the time. I'm fine at moment. Just got through a course of antibiotic. Had a bad infection. Fever the whole nine yards. But seem to be okay now. Best

@@nickfletcher4132 How awful. Glad to hear that you’ve recovered. I’ve been on a long journey of recovering from a shoulder injury and covid (from the first round) that f’d my lungs. It’s taken years but I can sing and play again and will hopefully keep improving. I’d say that I can’t believe how bad things have got in this country but I expected it from the day they got back in. I do think they’ll be out next time round so at least there’s hope. It won’t be ideal but I’d rather have Thatcher’s reanimated rotting corpse than this bunch of cLInts. Keep on keepin on, Nick. :)
