After living in Wyoming we find it hard to live so close to others now but want the close city. We hopped over the hill to old Weatherly and found that was enough room. Been here a while now.

Are there any walking trails to use? Where is parking allowed for home parties/gatherings?

Bridget, the walking trails have not been kept up in Ballantrae. Not sure which sector you live in, parking is always available at the pool and your guests could commute. You might want to reach out to the golf course depending on when you are having guest and request use of their parking lot. What I have seen other neighbors do is post on Ballantrae's private FB page and let the neighbors know when you are having a gathering and there will be extra cars parked along the street. Ballantrae is truly a wonderful neighborhood to live in!

It depends on which sector you live in Ballantrae. Some require wooden fences and other areas require metal fences.
