Applicable lang sir ito sa ballast exchange with D1 certificate and certified ng Class na flow through ang exchange.

present water volume in the tank divide by 2 to get 50% of it then divide the answer by your pump capacity per hour for you to solve the estimated time to use the pump in pumping 50% of the water to transfer to other tank.
