No, you can do it on either side, but it matter if you are performing with Company, because you want look good together on stage!!

Hello Fara. What is the correct pitch difference between the drums? I guess its not only a matter of taste!? And does the djembe-pitch matter for the bassdrums? I would be very glad if you can explain how to tune them to the correct pitch according to each other.
