Thank you for making this video as I deal with tight hips . I have a question is the video geared for absolute beginners who are new to working out?

I wouldn’t say it’s geared toward beginners. Especially since it’s ballet inspired. But I would still give it a try because you can always do modifications. For example: you can less reps or not lift your leg as high. Keep your head on the ground for the ab exercises. 🥰
