Proper alignment is important throughout the class. Make sure that shoulders are over hips, hips are over knees and knees are over toes throughout the movements.

Yes! It gets tricky finding copyright free music (that I like) which is why so many of the mini classes don't have music. All of the full classes use music, but I will do my best to incorporate it every time I can. In both my full classes and live classes creating playlists and choreography to music that I love is one of my favorite parts.
