I'm hoping to feel comfortable with the Death of Nikiya variation (.27. - after running in with the shawl, but before picking up the basket) by mid-June, and your way of breaking things down is so helpful! Bella balletista, como hacer para tener développer haute, como fortalecer la espalda y como hacer para que mi cadera este alinéa da y no se mueva (yo bailaba bachata y mi cadera para el ballet esta des equilibrada), como fortalecer las caderas y alinearlas por ejemplo chassé ou otros ? For La Bayadere, it might be a good idea to dig deeper into the devadasi practice to actually understand the context of the ballet. It’s largely illegal in India today because of the sexual exploitation but in ancient India it was an elevated position and many lived in luxury. It was only when Mughals conquered India that the decline of the devadasi begun.
