I really like how you played the song over a few times at the end. Demonstrating how the song can vary based on focus and feel really helped me realize that the song is a guideline and it doesn't need to be perfect in a specific set in stone way. That tends to keep me stuck in practicing or too afraid to just play and have fun. Thank you.

Huh. Yeah... it's hot, and it's dogdays of summer. But I hadn't thought about the post-production blues. You are so right. After a big project (and I just had three--the forthcoming CD and the two BIG podcast episodes), I can feel a bit of a dip. And a sense of aimlessness. Thank you for this!

@@ShannonHeatonMusic totally normal, & this too will pass… Spend time if u can savoring your sense of accomplishment at competing these projects! Can help lift spirits… That said, you dont have central air?? If not, think about getting a good minisplit🙂 heat will only get worse over the years… They can even hook up to 2 or more inside wall or ceiling units from one outside unit… & offer heat too if u need a little extra somewhere, when not being used for AC… maybe there will be a special on them during winter😁❤️🫶🏼
