When I was younger it was *length*, *weight*, *numbers*. I had to get the best of those I could. Not break my records, of course, I was limited to where I could go lol. But as I grew older it slowly dawned on me that I was having more fun just catching fish, as long as it wasn't bullhead lol, and being outside next to the water. Catching fish absolutely is a must to complete the serenity of the experience lol. Also, I am fairly jealous of those fish you call dinks! I would call them medium fun sizers for the fish I catch LMAO

The balloon is an awesome strategy. Ive been wanting to do float fishing for the Blues and Flatheads here in the shallow parts of the James River but couldn't find any good floats at any tackle stores. I guess ill be making a stop at the dollar store.

Another nice thing about a balloon is that you can wind drift it away from shore or against a light current if the wind is right... We used them on the piers to get further out in the ocean using the wind...

With all the slime from catfish and the blood, guts, scales from cutbait - I always have a couple of hand towels in the boat. Reels are too expensive to get them all gunked up with that stuff. You need to sell some Kayak Catfish logo hand towels in your store. Maybe a special edition for Rosco. I'm happy for you for the Ebay auctions, but not all of us can afford those items. You'd probably sell a few hundred hand towels at $5-$10 a pop, though. Heck, I'd buy several. Just a suggestion...I love watching your videos. God bless and happy fishing.

I really enjoy using balloons and bobbers from shore... have yet to try them on my kayak. I only have lakes around me. Do you think cat bobbers would work as well as balloons or the same as balloons from the kayak Justin? Definately going to make a trip out of it.
