Hi, hold the balloon with your thumb and your 2 first fingers, and stretch the nuzzle. Lean the stretched nuzzle against your fingers tip (right next to your fingernails). If that still hearts, try to stretch the nuzzle more loosely.

BalloonArtOnline I was trying it and then it was going fine but then at the end I couldn’t get it under my two fingers and even if I did my balloon would pop

@@ells.mcdells If your balloon is popping during the tying process than it is probably a very old balloon. About passing the nuzzle under your 2 fingers - try to grab the nuzzle of the balloon as close as possible to the inflated part of the balloon (as shown in the video, at 00:54 seconds)
