The wire hanger is a really good idea. I'm going to download your video. I like to blow up my balloons tight, I guess 90+%. The 9" ones are really hard to knot. The 11's are not too hard, and the 17" tuxfex don't seem to be difficult to tie a knot when they are full. During the times that you want to blow them up until they pop (b2p), it's nice not to have to knot them at all; but you do have a lot of shreds to vacuum up later! For sit popping, I try to blow them a little less full, to add to the bounciness to pop.

Wow! that was amazing help! I have some large balloons and they have big balloons the the lip does not easily slip thru my fingers. And my fingers also HURT! Can you show tying up a bigger balloon? And is there a way to untie a balloon?

What to do if you work at a place with balloons and the neck of your balloons don't stretch that far ?

That's a great question and a tough one. Quality balloons have more stretch to them, but if your work doesn't have quality balloons, it makes them hard to tie. You could try talking to your work about the benefits of using quality balloons. If that doesn't work (or isn't an option), try using your two smallest fingers to tie the balloons using the first method. Another thing would be to under inflate the balloons a little.
