I will break down the exact steps, timing, figure names for you to follow with simplicity at home.
Perfect if you've never danced or just at the beginning stages of your dancing quest.

QUICK RHYTHM
The Quick Rhythm is an up-tempo version of the Slow Rhythm but not the same steps or rhythmic action as the Quickstep.
It's an easier dance to learn than the Quickstep and one you can use in lieu of it next time you social Ballroom dance.
On the man's backward half you replace the side-close with a heel pivot, the lady does her normal movements.

HEEL PIVOT:
Heel pivots belong to the group of Foot Positions and is a type of Heel Turn that the man does in Quickstep and Quick Rhythm.
Step back on the right foot - toe heel.
Close your left foot to your right foot without weight.
Turn 1/4 of a turn to the left entirely on your right foot as the left foot closes using the ball of the foot then the HEEL of your right foot.
Weight must remain off your left foot as you close so you can use the left foot to come out into the Basic movement again.
The count is slow, quick, quick.

QUICKSTEP
A popular dance noted for its upbeat tempo, light, and progressive movements.
When you first begin to learn this dance you will want to focus on the use of the RISE from heel to toe when going forward
entering into Slow followed by Quick timing.
You will also want to pay attention to how you lower from a toe to a heel when going backward from Quick to Slow timing.
These types of tips will aid you in creating a smooth transfer of weight from foot to foot.
