From Crumlin, but have family and friends in Ballyfermot . Always went over to visit Auntie Alice in the sixties. Had to bus it into Meath St and walk up to catch the 79 , remember coming home exhausted . Little did I know , they were the good awl days , happiness time of my life.

The woman in the checked coat is Mrs Boyle from landen road, she was one of my man's friends. We lived on landen. Lovely footage, over 30 years old☺️☺️

You must be joking. Rose tinted glasses. No jobs, high unemployment, emigration, everyone leaving school at 14 or 15. A lot better now.

The head scarves and overcoats - all the fashion for the auld wans then ... now it's grannies in track suits and hoodies with tattoos and as they drive their 4x4s and nearly run over you.🤣
