Both Karen and Carla are part of the same church family as well as both are anointed singers who lift Jesus up to the highest! Their gifts come from the Father who endows them with power to reach the masses in spiritual songs. Two singers; one song. Both lift the Savior to the highest! Love them both. It's really not about them but about the message that they render to lift our spirits up. I am thankful for both because they love each other and they love Jesus. The gift really belongs to Him.

It's funny how all of these Christians who are not musicians ( Meaning vocal instructors or who have been playing for more than 10 minutes) can make judgments about a vocalist. In order for a song to actually be properly done, it should contain some of the originality of the recorded version, otherwise the message changes. People can make some variations but it should contain some of the original variations in the song. She took the song and made it her own.

E Jones not being all of that does not mean that one does not have an ear to hear. While I am a musician and singer, I had an ear to hear #first before the rest developed. Without an EAR to hear and know music, the rest cannot truly manifest. You can read music all day but if you don't know what the notes sound like, it really doesn't matter.
