Balmoral Suite on Queen Mary 2

The Balmoral Suite is the largest suite on Cunard’s Queen Mary 2. It’s one of two Q1 Grand Duplex Suites situated at the aft of the ship.
It has a master bedroom with walk-in wardrobes, exercise area, kitchen and a bathroom with a sea view.
You can enjoy Champagne and chocolates on arrival, private butler service and in-suite dining from the Queens Grill menu.
The balcony has teak decking and plenty of space overlooking the terrace pool below.

Cunard we’re really good, they had some cabins available to look around on our own and I’m glad this was one of the suites I could have a nosey around.

Great design, great use of space, great to be on the last true ocean liner! I do wonder about the furniture. It seems like something you would get at a Red Roof Inn ( tho this is in immaculate shape, not beat up). Visit the old Queen Mary, in Long Beach, and see what really luxurious, inlaid wood furniture looks like. Lots of marble and polished oak in the rooms, too. This is First Class, of course,

I’ve not visited Queen Mary but I’m sure it’s very special. We did visit the QE2 in Dubai and I fear it had seen better days.

@@CruiseLifestyle Money Not an issue it would depend on the time of year but I'm still not a fan of it being just above the pool area. I think noise would be a factor. There are great suites amidship that would be a preference. Yes, I understand your sarcasm the layout is amazing! For $30K+ for 7 days it should be. I checked and most of the Queen's Grill suites on early summer crossings are already sold out.

No smoking is not allowed outside of the designated areas. Electronic cigarettes, including those which do not emit smoke, are not permitted in public areas but can be used in staterooms, balconies and designated areas of the open deck.
