I wish us Americans would switch to metric. I use it all the time in the shop. measuring in MM is WAY easier than fractions of an inch

The Brits and Europeans are always wanting Americans to change to the way THEY do things. Very selfish and sorry, but many of us call it British arrogance. Besides Americans don't want to be British. The Colonists considered themselves British until the English Tea Act tax. That's when we began switching to coffee so we weren't British anymore.
