Thanks immensely for this interesting program. I will like to share my legal perspective as a legal mind. I will assert that If incest and Adultery is punishable under the Penal Code of Equatorial Guinea, then Balthazar will be charge of such offenses. Also if the judge order medical examination and it is confirmed by a medical practitioner that Balthazar has spread venerable diseases to the women he had sex with, then he will also be charge for the offense of spread of veneral diseases. It does no matter whether Balthazar force those women or not before having sex with them, he will brought before the competent court of law for trial. Those married women also need to be medically examine by a Medical practitioner, they might have also spread veneral diseases to the man, thus they will also be charge for the offense of spread of veneral diseases. All the parties who committed Adultery, that is both Balthazar and those married women shall be brought before the competent court of law.

Hypothetically let's say they all suffer from a venereal disease how will it be medically possible to dictate whom it sterns from? And also adulterating is not a crime before the law so I think on that count it will be dismissed. Sense flop for Enow e head. Africa must understand that if you hold a higher position to another person, the possibility that it is termed an abuse of power in developed countries, the better. A female police officer had consensual sex with all her superiors and was grabbed 500k in settlement by an American court coz she claimed they told her that's the way to work her carrier up.
