None of us know what he will or is capable of doing. But if thats your way, go for it, unite, Baltimore needs all the help they can get, thats what the mayor is asking for.

After hearing Bates talk about the past issues, I'm convinced that Mosby is directly responsible for crime in the city being allowed to be out of control. She belongs in prison!!

@Chris Thinking you are missing the point. Crime happens everywhere, it's a reality of life. When you have a states attorney that flat out refuses to enforce the law, and essentially give the criminals a smack on the hand, it almost encourages crime and emboldens criminals. Are you seriously comparing AA County crime to Baltimore City where crime is literally off the charts? The huge difference here is, in AA County, criminals are actually prosecuted and held accountable. I dare you to convince anyone that the same occurs in BC.

Working in HR for years, I do not like someone coming into a new position and blaming the person before them for everything. Come in assess the damage and start doing what you are paid to do; in every interview, constantly focus on the previous person. Sir, please discuss your plans and stop blaming and pointing figures at the previous person.

Great interview!! He did skip over holding Baltimore City Schools accountable which should be top priority! Longevity is the clear goal but the schools need to be held accountable legally. I like how he can answer hard questions, his actions are lining up and finally criminals will be held accountable!!!! I knew that about to start shaking 😂😂😂

That's a dumb response. Understanding the structural failures in that office that lead to the deaths of countless women, children, babies is not just "bashing Mosby" but it empowers voters and political leaders in position to make necessary changes so that even when Mr. Bates moves on one day, the city does not quickly slide backwards into corruption in the DA's Office.

@@robertwilliams5015 most of the killings taking place in boltimore city is by repeat offenders who had multiple arrests of violent crimes before they were finally arrested or not arrested at all after killing someone. Is Baltimore city had a higher murder investigation clearance rate of 37% because the DA office was doing their job and locking away repeat offenders or even helping the police capture sentence and deter future criminals how many lives would that have saved if you do not believe the DA office is responsible for saving lives in the city through the administration and deterrence of violence then your ignorance is a part of the bigger problem for people do not understand the intersection between incompetence in their government and the violence and destruction on the streets.

I remember last year when Marilyn Mosby first got indicted i was on her side i took up for her when everyone else was saying that she was guilty and i was the only one that was saying she was innocent and she don't need to go to Prison , i used to say good things about her i was in her corner i encourage her and everything and now her and her husband likes governor Wes Moore and they Don't like me anymore after all last year i been on there side about they was being in trouble about there Criminal investigation trial Case it's Seems like My name and my word don't Mean Nothing to the Mosbys after all last year of me being on there side taking up for them in there Criminal Case Trial instead they love governor Wes Moore and want to give him all the credit and they don't love me and won't give me the credit of being on there side . All i got to say God don't like ugly the Mosbys going to get what's Coming to them One of these days
