Former Balto resident here. Worked in this area for years. The obvious thing I noticed is that there is nobody at Harbor Place. This place, although it looks nice, should be MOBBED! There should be pleasure boats tied up along the sea wall...people walking the promenade...going in and out of the pavilions. Are the shops in HP closed?? This looks like a ghost town compared to what it used to be!

Agree..when I was a kid in the 80s it was always packed in the inner harbor. Also still had the gallery which is gone now

it's disappointing to see people be so paranoid about the crime in the other video. Crime in Baltimore is worse than it is in other cities but that's mostly concentrated in the poorer areas that are deliberately cut off from downtown by city planning. I used to walk downtown in baltimore at night, by myself and nothing bad ever happened to me downtown. The worst thing that happened to me while I was living in baltimore was someone stole my bike.
