How could such a magnificent waterfront area be so far in decline in 2022/2023 one may ask ?
@jaroj1112 Жыл бұрын
Cause the stores are outdated and it’s not worth your time or money compared to the county/mon daw min mall.

Btw I live in Baltimore, were not like Detroit. The worse of the stores get weeded out while the bigger/better ones rise.

Also, its not declining. It hit bottom barrel in like late 2019. Ever since covid stuff been changing

Cities need good management, that in a nutshell.

Great video. With the decline of the GALLERY and HARBORPLACE areas, you forget about the billions of dollars that went in to make this inner harbor area beautiful...and viable...40 years ago. Will it come back though....

Still a very beautiful area.

No. The tax base has left. See Detroit . Baltimore as well as many other “restorative justice” cities are all going down the same path. The only news people /tourist outside Baltimore see is the crime.

@@elaishh3533 Yes, and the existing tax structure must continue to pay for run-away crime...free food giveaways, food stamps, police overtime, EMT services to handle the gunshot wounds, and a multitude of DA's to handle and prosecute the crimes--the court systems to hold trials, and and of course, the jails to give criminals 3 squares a day and free health and dental. And then those that do not pay taxes want more> Hah!

Fr like the inner inner harbor is just outdated. Nobody want’s to go because it isnt worth anyones time unless ur going to the aquarium or smth
