The Rusty Scupper doesn't even look the same along with a lot fewer boats docked up I guess this could be the off-season many may just be stored out of the water. I was curious to know if they are continuing their efforts to extend the walkway or promenade all the way around to Fells Point?

Yes, off-season, covid restrictions, and was also a very windy day. I did notice more boats docked at Harbor East on this day. Thanks for the visit!👃😀

Thanks for watching!! 🙏😀 This area is called Federal Hill Park. It is very close to rash field / science center (on Key Highway). The steps leading up to this park is on Battery Avenue. Hope you get a chance to check it out. Certainly the best views of Baltimore and the inner harbor!

look i have two beautful young women that i love still live in baltimore city they live in the hamden area look i go back home to see my ravens play

Yes, it was very quiet the day I visited Baltimore’s inner harbor. It was a weekday mid-morning walk. Covid restrictions were also in place, which probably kept people away. Check out the 2022 Baltimore inner harbor walk. Huge difference!!
