literally on the other side of the harbor it is thriving. No one goes to inner harbor because of the crime. If you just get rid of crime, you won't need to sink so much money in only to have the revamp be a failure too.

It sounds good and I hope they actually complete this in a timely fashion, but they really need to bring back good shopping and most importantly get rid of the crime with these young people. And just crime in general.
