Minshew plays very well against the Ravens. People should also take into account how poor the Ravens defense was compared to how they've played the last six games. Like night and day. As for the Browns there's two points to make. One, the AFC North was like deja vu. The Ravens beat the Bengals, the Steelers beat the Ravens and the Browns beat the Steelers. Two, one season the Giants won the Superbowl but lost to Washington twice and Washington was not good.

Check the stats yourself, and you'll find the kicker missed 3 kicks for a total of 7 points, with the Ravens losing by 5. Lamar had more passing, rushing yards and TDs than Hurts, and the team had more overall rushing, passing yardage, plus 8 more minutes of ball possession. Yes, I know they lost, but they played very well Mr. Florio - so check the stats again dude! I think we both know this is the NFL and we're both also keen enough to realize those votes won't be dictated to a degree by playoff performance. If the Ravens, Bills or Eagles are eliminated in the first round it's highly unlikely either, Lamsr, Josh or, Saquon, respectively will win. The only exception would be Mahomes. It's blatantly obvious how the NFL and voters feel about them.

Even with NFL bias towards the Chiefs and Mahomes, the MVP is still a regular season award. Mahomes isn't even in the MVP conversation due to his turnovers this year, but if he somehow wins then we need to riot in the streets.
