Kyle is an outstanding tackler. That's not a small compliment. He tackles like Ray Lewis used to explain tackling. He hits and wraps. He sheds blockers incredibly well. When we drafted him, I was suspect of how high we picked a safety. I'm glad he's proven me completely wrong. This kid is spectacular at the game!

i dont think non-baltimore fans realize how big of a loss mitchell is. the run game is sluggish without him. ravens havent had an elite speed guy that can produce the way keaton was in ages.

Same...I feel like every time Mitchell ran the ball I caught myself saying "damn he's quick..." That's a big loss for us and I wish him a speedy and complete recovery. One of the best stories on the team this year.

Brandon Stephens has been balling this year expecially for a backup. One of the most targeted CBs in the league holding his own. Edit: kinda odd how nobody is talking about Justin Madubuike. The dude just tied a record of 11 straight games with a sack and has vastly outperformed both Oweh and David (I love Injured Reserve) Ojabo.

As profound of a player as Lamar is, Im edging toward the genuine belief that Kyle Hamilton is the actual MVP of the Ravens team. He is in what seems to be 90% of the defensive plays. If hes not the one outright making the play, hes at least influencing it and applying pressure/supporting another player making the play. He basically plays every position on defense aside from a lineman. He blitzes, he plays deep safety, he semi plays corner, and somewhat plays linebacker. His atheltisicm is off the charts. The way he latches on to you with one hand and then in a second wraps you and brings you down like nothing is insane. Easily in my top 4 current Ravens outside Tucker, Andrews, Lamar, and now Hamilton.

It's gonna be a lamarvelous superbowl this year. We beat the 49rs on Christmas give Lamar his 2nd mvp. We are getting a ring this year and f/a and injuries don't affect us to seriously the Ravens will repeat. This is the team we We building for since drafting Lamar. This team has the potential to be a dynasty. Lamars getting at the least 3 rings before its over. Hardbuagh is the only one that can stop this team with his gambling and 2nd guessing.

For the people who know a little bit more and the average bear about this football. I heard EDC talking about Hamilton/The Defense, He's not done developing, We have more of the vision for this defense to develop,....Is basically what he said. So.... According to Ravens GM. There is more meat on the bone to improve the Defense. That is insane because there isn't much more statistically. That really jumps off the stat sheet at you. 3rd downs? Can't all defenses be better there? Scheme, Development and consistency clearly fixed the pass rush. I guess if they had a slightly improved CB over 21 (which is kinda greedy honestly lol, he's played so well) Then you could in theory use a more traditional thumper Safety opposite Hamilton. To really improve the run stopping ability of this Defense. Either which way you cut it up. This defense is special and it's hard to imagine. That it could be drastically improved.
