If you ever marry someone who always wears a green ribbon on their neck- DON'T ASK THEM TO REMOVE IT. Aside from that advice, we recap the Baltimore Running Festival and Thomas's experience running in the Adios Evo 1 on a rainy day and Robbe's experience in the Nike Vaporfly 3. We're also in love with e-bikes now and we don't know how to make it stop (the love, not the bike).

being a San Diego native.., that Road Runner Sports "lightly used" section, that they have at the retail location off of the 52, is an absolute gold mine. I started shopping it when I was a college student.., and then continued to use it whenever I was in a pinch financially.., or was trying a new model shoe. Now since I live 1300 miles away, I can only hit it up when I go home to visit my Mom (still running marathons herself), and friends. don't dismiss it ..., the road shoes.., sometimes I doubt they were run in.. the trail shoes .. well,.... that can be a different story sometimes. as always.., great pod.., I am here for the non-running talk.

I need to check that out. I assumed they were all more used than I’d want to consider but I’ve learned from Milestone Running (my go to store whenever I’m in SD) that if shoes are returned not really used at all or barely, they can’t restock them.

I have a question about the outsole of adidas ADIZERO ADIOS PRO EVO 1 V1. If you compare this one with adidas ADIZERO ADIOS PRO 1 and Atreyu the Artist (which all three have the smooth surface outsole), which one you think is the best one for running in the rainy days/races.
