I had the same problem: don't keep the .zip file in the Downloads folder. Try moving it to your desktop then installing it. Worked for me.

@@artfx7439 hi...make sure that the trackers are not going out of frames through out length of the video...if the tracking portion goes out of the frame rescale it so that it stays inside the frame through out the video...

Yes...but for shadows we need to add sun separately and need some extra compositing to hide the extruded portion of room and comparatively output will not look as great as cycles...
