All-purpose flour - 1+1/4 cup/175 grams
* Salt - 1/2 pinch
* Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
* Ghee - 1/4 cup/50 gram
* Water - 1/4 cup
* Oil/Ghee - for frying
* Pistachios - some
For Sugar Syrup:
* Water - 1/2 cup
* Sugar - 1 cup/200 gram
* Cardamom powder - 1-2
* Food colour
* Saffron
